Shipping policy
At Juice Boys, freshness comes first. Because our products are made using organic ingredients and are never pasteurised, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure quality on delivery.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver locally within West Yorkshire only.
Orders placed outside of this delivery area will not be accepted at checkout.
This allows us to maintain freshness, quality, and reliable delivery times.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 4–6 working dayS
- All products are made fresh to order
- Orders are shipped the same day they are prepared
- SMS Updates will be provided on day of delivery
We do not pre-make or store products for extended periods..
Fresh Products & Delivery Responsibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery
- We recommend refrigerating products immediately upon arrival
Juice Boys cannot be held responsible for delays or quality issues caused by:
- Missed deliveries
- Incorrect address details provided at checkout
- Failure to refrigerate products promptly
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by us, please contact us immediately upon delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We review all cases individually and will always aim to resolve genuine issues fairly.
Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can only be cancelled or amended before they are processed
This includes changes to delivery address or order contents.
