Each cleanse provides a balanced intake of natural nutrients throughout the day, helping you hydrate, reset, and refocus without extreme restriction.

This is not a crash detox or luxury cleanse.
It’s real juice, done properly.

How to Do a Juice Cleanse

Step 1: Choose the Length of Your Cleanse

Select the cleanse duration that suits your experience level:

Beginner: 3 Days
Intermediate: 4 Days
Experienced: 5 Days

If this is your first cleanse, we recommend starting with 3 days.

Step 2: Prepare Your Body (1–2 Days Before)

Preparing beforehand helps reduce cravings and fatigue.

Reduce caffeine, alcohol, sugar, and processed foods
Eat lighter meals (vegetables, fruits, soups, salads)
Increase your water intake
Avoid heavy or greasy foods

Step 3: Follow Your Daily Juice Schedule

Each day includes 3 juices, spaced evenly throughout the day.

Recommended order:

Morning – Energise
Midday – Thrive
Evening – Detox

Between juices:

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Herbal teas are allowed

If you feel dizzy, weak, or unwell, stop the cleanse immediately.

Step 4: Support the Cleanse

To make the cleanse smoother:

Stay well hydrated
Get enough sleep
Avoid stress where possible
Keep electrolytes balanced (coconut water or a pinch of sea salt in water if needed)

Step 5: Break the Cleanse Properly

How you finish the cleanse is just as important as how you start.

First meals after cleansing should include:

Fresh fruit
Smoothies
Light soups
Steamed vegetables

Avoid heavy, fried, or processed foods for at least 24 hours.

Step 6: Maintain the Benefits

After your cleanse:

Increase fruit and vegetable intake
Reduce processed foods and excess sugar
Consider a 3-day cleanse monthly for maintenance
